1. The hereinafter referred “Client”, agrees engage Santa Cruz County Legal Aid, hereinafter referred “Legal Aid”, provide Legal representation and consultation services accordance terms conditions set forth contract.

2. Legal Aid shall provide legal services to Client in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the State Bar Rules of Professional Conduct and the California Rules of Court.

3. Client agrees to compensate Legal Aid for all services rendered, including fees, costs, and expenses, as mutually agreed upon by both parties. Client shall make payments in a timely manner as outlined in the fee agreement.

4. Legal Aid shall maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by Client in accordance with the attorney-client privilege and the California Rules of Professional Conduct.
